Pineapple-Mint Ice Pops

Ingredients
- Leaves from 5 fresh mint sprigs
- 1 pineapple, top removed, peeled and cut into spears (do not core)
Instructions
- Juice the mint and pineapple in an electric juicer according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Stir the juice with a spoon. Working in batches, pour the juice into the wells of an ice pop mold and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Makes 8 pops.
