Ingredients
- 75g butter, softened
- 100g self-raising flour
- 75g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50g cocoa powder
- 20g chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees c/ gas mark4
- Crack the eggs into a bowl
- add in the butter, sugar and cocoa powder
- cream the four ingredients
- sieve cocoa powder in and add chocolate chips
- mix for 5 minutes
- spoon into cake cases and bake for 15-20 minutes
- leave on a wire wrack to cool
- enjoy
