Ingredients
- 200g brown dark or light surger
- 200g butter
- 200g self raising flour
- 1 0r 2 m sized eggs
- and any thing you desire for example:
- raisons
- nuts
- cherrys
- ect
Instructions
- mix the surger and butter in a bowl for about 10 mins
- add the egg mix for 5 mins (it might looked curdled but its fine)
- add what ever you desire
- get a cooking tray and grease it or use backing paper
- cook for 50 mins cheack with nife if clean it done leave to cool for 16 mins in tray then remove and wait further 40 mins to cool stone cold
