Ingredients

  • 200g brown dark or light surger
  • 200g butter
  • 200g self raising flour
  • 1 0r 2 m sized eggs
  • and any thing you desire for example:
  • raisons
  • nuts
  • cherrys
  • ect

Instructions

  • mix the surger and butter in a bowl for about 10 mins
  • add the egg mix for 5 mins (it might looked curdled but its fine)
  • add what ever you desire
  • get a cooking tray and grease it or use backing paper
  • cook for 50 mins cheack with nife if clean it done leave to cool for 16 mins in tray then remove and wait further 40 mins to cool stone cold
