Ingredients
- 2 cups Penne Pasta
- 1 Chicken Breast - sliced into thin strips
- 8 Button Mushrooms (optional) - sliced
- 2 garlic clove, crushed
- salt and pepper to season
- 1 tsp Pesto
- 1 small carton of cooking cream
Instructions
- In a frying pan or saucepan cook the chicken until almost cooked
- Add garlic, Cream, Salt, Pepper, mushrooms to the chicken
- Add 1 tsp of Pesto
