Ingredients
- 4 red Pears
- Mixed fruit (handful)
- Vanilla Bean Paste (4 tbls)
- double cream (optional)
- brown sugar
Instructions
- preheat oven to 180 degrees -cut pears into quaters, and put in to a shallow dish.
- on top, spinkle brown Sugar, Mixed fruit and pour the Vanilla paste on last.
- put into oven for 15-20 minutes.
- serve and cover in double cream if you want too.
