PB And Banana Sandwiches
This delightful sandwich features a layer of creamy or crunchy peanut butter, sweet banana slices, and a drizzle of honey sandwiched between whole-grain honey-wheat bread slices. Ingredients
- 8 slices whole-grain honey-wheat bread
- About 3/4 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 2 large bananas
- 8 tsp. honey
Instructions
- Place 4 bread slices on a work surface and spread with the peanut butter, dividing it evenly. Peel and slice the bananas and arrange the slices on top of the peanut butter, dividing them evenly. Drizzle 2 tsp. honey over each banana-topped slice. Top with the remaining bread slices. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately. Makes 4 sandwiches
