Ingredients

  • 400 gr penne pasta
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • pack of spinach( frozen)
  • Bourin cream cheese with garlic and fine herbs
  • 250 gr chesnut mushrooms
  • 50 gr pine nuts
  • 5 sundried tomatoes

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breasts in small chunks.
  • Clean the mushrooms and quarter them.
  • Cut the sundried tomatoes in small stripes.
  • Thaw the spinach
  • Cook the pasta. Keep it warm
  • Heat some oil and fry the chicken breasts in it.
  • Add the mushrooms and stirfry them with the chicken
  • Add the thawed spinach and the Boursin cheese
  • Add the sundries tomatoes and pine nuts and warm them through
  • Put the pasta in a dish and pour the sauce over it
