Today, I'm sharing a delicious pasta recipe with a delightful combination of flavors. This dish features perfectly cooked pasta coated in a vibrant pesto sauce, complemented by juicy chunks of fresh tomatoes. Ingredients

  • 300g pasta
  • 90g pesto
  • 2 tomatoes
  • parmazan
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Boil the pasta according to the package.
  • Cut the tomatoes in small squares.
  • When the pasta is done drain the water and place back into the pan. Add some olive oil, salt, pepper and mix in the pesto.
  • Place pasta on plates and top off with the fresh (cold) tomatoes. Add some pepper and grate the parmazan on top.
