Pasta 'n Pesto
Today, I'm sharing a delicious pasta recipe with a delightful combination of flavors. This dish features perfectly cooked pasta coated in a vibrant pesto sauce, complemented by juicy chunks of fresh tomatoes. Ingredients
- 300g pasta
- 90g pesto
- 2 tomatoes
- parmazan
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to the package.
- Cut the tomatoes in small squares.
- When the pasta is done drain the water and place back into the pan. Add some olive oil, salt, pepper and mix in the pesto.
- Place pasta on plates and top off with the fresh (cold) tomatoes. Add some pepper and grate the parmazan on top.
