Pasta De Eloise

Ingredients
- 25g plain flour
- 25g margarine
- 250ml milk
- 50g chease (grated)
- 70g-100g sliced ham
- seasoning
- 1tbs bread crumbs
- 50g brocoil
- 50g coliflower
- 120g pasta
Instructions
- preheat oven to 200 degrees
- collect all equiptment and ingreadents
- boil a pan of water when boiled add vegetabels
- boil another pan of water and add the pasta cook for 12 mins
- while the pasta cooks place the margarine in to a pan on a high heat untill it melts
- when melted add a small amount of milk and use a hand whisk keep whisking and slowly add all of the milk whisking inbertween adding milk
- bring it slowly to the boil then add the bazil take off the heat and add the vegetabels to the white saure
- add 70g-100g of ham to the sauce
- mix it all together in the pan of saure and place on a plate sprincle bread crumbs over the pasta dish
- then place in the oven for 5min or until crisp
