Ingredients
- 4 rashers of bacon, roughly chopped
- A hand full of spinach
- 4 handfulls of penne pasta
- One white onion
- And a jar of Lloyd Grossman tomato and sweet red pepper
Instructions
- Strip the bacon of its fatt and then fry it
- Chop the onion and add that to the same frying pan as the bacon
- Put the pasta into a pot and boil it to the packets instruction
- Put the spinach in a colander and when the pasta boils and is cooked through pour the water over the spinach
- When that is all done, put the spinach, bacon and onion in with the pasta and add the jar of source over the whole lot and stur and then serve.
