Ingredients
- 20 oz. cooked orzo or other small pasta
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 oz. red onion, chopped
- 2 oz. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 oz. fresh Parmesan, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
