Ingredients
- 110g p flour
- 2eggs
- salt
- 75ml water
- 200ml milk
- 2Tblsps melted butter
Instructions
- Flour & salt in bowl.
- Make well.
- Add eggs. Whisk
- Add milk & water slowly, whisking all the time. Add butter.
- Heat small frying pan. Add a little butter. Add approx 2 Tbsps mixture. Cook. Flip. Serve with lemon&sugar, Nuttella, maple syryp & bacon etc
