Ingredients

  • 110g p flour
  • 2eggs
  • salt
  • 75ml water
  • 200ml milk
  • 2Tblsps melted butter

Instructions

  • Flour & salt in bowl.
  • Make well.
  • Add eggs. Whisk
  • Add milk & water slowly, whisking all the time. Add butter.
  • Heat small frying pan. Add a little butter. Add approx 2 Tbsps mixture. Cook. Flip. Serve with lemon&sugar, Nuttella, maple syryp & bacon etc
