Ingredients
- 1 1/2 kg apples
- 1/2 kg plums
- 125 ml water
- 325 gms sugar to every 1/2 ltr pulp
Instructions
- Slice apples without peeling or coring. Place with plums on the trivet in the pressure cooker. Add water.
- Bring to full pressure and cook for a minute.
- Cool and sieve the fruit. Measure the pulp and add sugar in proportion.
- Boil in open vessel till a set is obtained. Cool.
- Fill jars and seal.
