- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash canola oil
- 1 dash ground cumin or cardamom
- 1 cup Couscous, dry
- directions:
- 1. Bring water, orange juice, oil and salt to a boil. Add couscous and cumin and cover, remove from heat.
- 2. Let stand for 5 minutes, fluff with fork and serve.
