  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash canola oil
  • 1 dash ground cumin or cardamom
  • 1 cup Couscous, dry
  • directions:
  • 1. Bring water, orange juice, oil and salt to a boil. Add couscous and cumin and cover, remove from heat.
  • 2. Let stand for 5 minutes, fluff with fork and serve.
