Ingredients

  • 2 plums, cut into wedges, plus 4 wedges for garnish
  • 6 bourbon
  • 4 dry vermouth
  • 2 fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 honey
  • Peychaud’s bitters

Instructions

  • Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Grill plums until caramelized and lightly charred, about 1 minute per side; let cool.
  • Muddle 2 plums in a large pitcher until coarsely mashed. Add bourbon, vermouth, lemon juice, honey, and bitters and fill pitcher with ice. Stir until outside of pitcher is frosty, about 1 minute. Strain into 4 Old Fashioned glasses filled with ice; discard solids. Garnish each with a plum wedge.
