Ingredients
- 4oz margarine
- 3oz porridge oats
- 3oz self raising
- 3oz sugar
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp ginger
- a pinch of bicarbonate of soda
Instructions
- Melt margarine, sugar and golden syrup together.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the other ingredients.
- Form mixture into balls and put on a greased baking tray, the flatten with a fork.
- cook for 12 mins at 180
