Ingredients
- 90g Oatmeal
- 50g Dessicated Coconut
- 55g Wheat Germ
- 20g Peanut Butter
- 100g Chocolate Chips
- 115g Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Optional
- 25 galaxy minstrels (instead of chocolate chips)
- 50g raisins
- 50g crushed nuts of your choice
- The options are endless! Experiment with ingredients of your choice, white chocolate etc...

Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together. For a melting center, use galaxy minstrels instead of chocolate chips and keep separate at this point
- Roll into balls about 2cm in diameter, if using galaxy minstrels roll the balls around making it the center. Must use baking method instead of chilling method to melt chocolate
- Leave to chill in fridge for half an hour if serving chilled
- If serving hot, bake at 110C for 15 minutes on baking tray then leave to cool for 5-10 minutes
