Ingredients

  • 90g Oatmeal
  • 50g Dessicated Coconut
  • 55g Wheat Germ
  • 20g Peanut Butter
  • 100g Chocolate Chips
  • 115g Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Optional
  • 25 galaxy minstrels (instead of chocolate chips)
  • 50g raisins
  • 50g crushed nuts of your choice
  • The options are endless! Experiment with ingredients of your choice, white chocolate etc...

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients together. For a melting center, use galaxy minstrels instead of chocolate chips and keep separate at this point
  • Roll into balls about 2cm in diameter, if using galaxy minstrels roll the balls around making it the center. Must use baking method instead of chilling method to melt chocolate
  • Leave to chill in fridge for half an hour if serving chilled
  • If serving hot, bake at 110C for 15 minutes on baking tray then leave to cool for 5-10 minutes
