Moreish Minestrone

Ingredients
- 1 Tin of chopped tomates
- 1/2 a litre of vegetable stock
- 1 large onion
- 4 handfulls of frozen green beans
- A dozen strands of spaghetti
- 4 Shakes of tomato ketchup
- 1 Large potato
- 3 small blobs of Garlic puree
- 3 Medium sized carrots
- 1 Tsp of Dried thyme
- 1 Tsp of Dried rosemary
- 1 Tsp of Mixed herbs
- A chunk of butter
- 2 shakes of olive oil
- Salt & Black pepper to season
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Instructions
- Fill up the kettle and Prepare your vegetables whilst waiting then dice them & break up the spaghetti & green beans into a container
- Add the butter, garlic & olive oil to frying pan & fry onions till they brown & leave to one side for later, Once kettle has boiled pour into a jug with your stock cubes in, I used 2.
- Boil some more water then add to pan along with all the veg & spaghetti, Once the are cooked drain off the water & add the tomatoes, veg stock & all the herbs & the onions.
- Leave on low heat, mixing in as you go
- Season to taste
