- 226g Unsalted Butter
- 226g Caster Sugar
- 4 eggs
- 226g Self Raising Flour
- Milk (if needed)

- Cream the butter and Sugar together.
- Add the Flour followed by the eggs.
- Add extra milk until its quite runny.
- Turn on the oven to 180C
- Cook for 1 hour
