Ingredients

  • 1 lb. plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Assorted cut-up fruit, such as pineapple, strawberries, mango and cantaloupe
  • Granola as needed

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, the 2 Tbs. honey and the vanilla until combined. Layer the yogurt, fruit and granola in 4 serving glasses and drizzle with more honey. Serves 4.
