Ingredients
- 4 egg whites (duck egg whites are the best)
- 300g caster sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- preheat oven to 140C fan 120C gas mark 1.
- Line 2 trays with greaseproof paper.
- Put eggs and salt in a bowl and mix until soft white peaks form.
- Add sugar tablespoon at a time.
- Fold in Vanilla extract
- spoon individually on to the trays and cook for 30 minutes.
- let cool then enjoy
