Marjoram Pork & Cous Cous

Ingredients
- For the Meat:
- 500g diced pork
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp marjoram powder
- 1 tbsp dried paprika
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 large red onion
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worchester Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- To serve:
- 150g cous cous
- 200g seasonal veggies
- 1 tbsp flaked almonds
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry diced pork for ten minutes, until browned
- Add tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, onion, and all other ingredients into pan
- Cook for a further 15 mins until sauce thickens
- Meanwhile prepare seasonal veg and cous cous
- Serve with flaked almonds
