Ingredients

  • 2 jars (each 10 1/2 oz.) marinated feta cheese cubes
  • Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  • Drain the feta cubes in a colander. Transfer the feta to a plate or shallow serving bowl. Drizzle the feta cubes with olive oil. Place a toothpick in each cube, or fill a shot glass with toothpicks and place it in the center of the bowl with the feta cubes arranged around it. Include an empty bowl alongside, so that guests can discard the used toothpicks; place a toothpick in the bowl to indicate its use. Serves 12.
