This delightful plum crumble is a perfect marriage of sweet, juicy plums topped with a crunchy, golden oat and almond crumble. The plums are roasted to bring out their natural sweetness and then crowned with a buttery crumble mixture infused with cinnamon and maple syrup. This comforting dessert is a true celebration of the autumn season and is best enjoyed warm with a dollop of custard.
