Mango-Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups sweetened cranberry juice
- 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 cups cubed mango (about 12 oz.)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cranberry juice, yogurt, mango and ice cubes, and puree until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 4.
