Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 1/2 cups peeled, cored and diced fresh
- pineapple (1/2-inch dice)
- 1 Tbs. diced red onion
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp. minced fresh mint
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 to 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together the mango, pineapple, onion, lime juice, mint, cilantro and jalapeño. Cover the salsa and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 4 cups.
