Mango-Lime Juice

Ingredients
- 3 mangoes
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cup water
- Crushed ice as needed
Instructions
- Peel the mangoes, cut into large chunks and discard the pits. Remove the lime zest in strips and set aside. Peel, quarter and seed the lime.
- Place the mangoes, lime quarters and water in a blender and process until smooth. Stir in the lime zest.
- Fill 1 or 2 glasses with crushed ice, pour in the juice and serve immediately. Serves 1 or 2.
