Ingredients

  • butter,to grease
  • 175g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 125g soft tub margarine
  • 100g light muscovado sugar
  • 40g caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (not essence)
  • 1 egg
  • 125g maltesers,coarsly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 190C and grease two baking trays.
  • Beat all the ingrediants in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking trays spaced well apart.
  • bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  • transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool.
