Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • A handful of oats.
  • A teaspoon of Honey.
  • A teaspoon of Golden Syrup.
  • A cup of Milk.
  • 1 Fabulous baking boys Flapjack.
  • A pinch of Cinnamon.

Instructions

  • First get your Blender out.
  • Put the flapjack in.
  • Then the banana
  • Then the oats
  • Then the THen the golden syrup and the Honey.
  • Then finally the milk.
  • For a less thick taste replace the oats for a tiny bit more flapjack also make sure it is all in small bits.
