Ingredients
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 tin of tuna
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- handful of raisins
- 1 apple, diced
- bunch of spring onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- tbsp basil
- tsp crushed black pepper
- 50g spinach leaves
- 50g rocket leaves
- 50g lettuce
Instructions
- Boil eggs
- Meanwhile, empty can of tuna in a bowl and add 1 tbsp lime juice. Mix
- Slice the eggs and mix with tuna
- Add all other ingredients to bowl and mix with

- Add egg and tuna, mix in well and serve
