- 400g linguine
- cupful frozen peas
- 200ml tub crème fraîche
- grated zest ½ lemon and juice of 1 lemon
- 3-4 slices of cooked ham , cut into strips
Instructions
- Cook pasta following pack instructions, adding the peas for the final 2 mins of cooking.
- Drain the pasta well and return to the pan. Stir in the crème fraîche, lemon zest and juice, then season. Serve with the ham strips scattered over.
