Ingredients
- 2 oz. candied lemon peel
- 4 oz. raisins
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tbsp. lemon marmalade
- 6 oz. margarine
- 4 oz. caster sugar
- 1 lb. self raising flour.
Instructions
- Preheat oven. Chop lemon peel into small pieces. Sieve flour, rub in magarine and dry ingredients.
- Stir marmalade into milk and mix, add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Put into baking tin and cook in a medium preheated oven for about one and a half hours.
- Put onto wire rack to cool.
