Ingredients

  • 2 Heads of Cauliflower (Grated)
  • 2 Large Potatoes (Grated)
  • 1 1/2 tspn Turmeric
  • 1 tspn Salt & Cumin
  • Chickpea Flour or Gram Flour to bind

Instructions

  • Mix the Cauliflower (Grated) & Potato (Grated) together
  • Drain the excess water (in a clean t-towel)
  • Add the spices & enough Chickpea Flour or Gram Flour to hold it all together
  • Make into 1" balls
  • Deep fry in medium hot oil until brown and drain on paper towels
