Jordans Prawn Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 1 mug long grain rice
- 200g king prawns
- 1 tbsp Chinese five spice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced finely
- 1 1\2 cm ginger, chopped finely
- quarter of a chili, seeded, chopped finely
- 200g green beans, sliced into thirds
- 1 bunch spring onions, sliced finely
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1\4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Bring the rice to the boil in a big saucepan while stirring the prawns with the five spice and paprika until they're evenly coated
- Then you put a wok on a high heat with the oil and add the garlic, ginger and chili. Stand until the garlic is gold and crispy
- After that add the green beans and stand for a few minute stirring occasionally. Do the same with the spring onions
- To finish the stir-fry scrape in the prawns and add the soy and sweet chili sauce, then you season
- When the rice is done drain it and also slice the lemon into thirds. Then you just serve the stir-fry with the rice and lemon
