Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon , juiced
- 8 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 long red chilli , deseeded and finely diced
- small bunch coriander , chopped
- small red onion , finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt , to taste
Instructions
- Peel and stone avocados and put in a bowl. Mash using a fork until fairly smooth, but with a little texture. In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, chilli, coriander, onion, olive oil and salt. Fold this through the avocado. Make it just before serving and don’t put it in the fridge.
