Italian Sausage Fusilli

This recipe combines the rich flavors of grilled Italian sausage, zesty lemon, and spicy chili with the savory notes of red pesto sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. A quick and satisfying dish that is sure to become a household favorite.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of Fusilli
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 3 Italian sausages (it does not matter what kind as long as they are good quality)
  • Dried chillis
  • red pesto sauce
  • fresh parmasan cheese

Instructions

  • Grill the sausages
  • remove the skins from the grilled sausages and empty the meat into a large frying pan with a little olive oil
  • add the crushed chillis, squeeze half the lemon and x1 large table spoon of red pesto into the pan and heat
  • gently, stirring occasionally
  • cook the pasta
  • serve and sprinkle the fresh parmasan cheese ontop
  • enjoy!
