Ingredients
- 40g /1 ½oz Flahavan's Coarse Cut Oatmeal
- 200ml / ½ pint milk plus a little extra to serve
- 1 tsp manuka honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds sprinkled
Instructions
- Place the oatmeal, milk and honey in a small pan and bring to the boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add a little extra milk at the end of cooking to give a softer consistency if liked. Serve drizzled with honey and topped with the chia and pumpkin seeds.
