How To Make Powdered Sugar
Make your own powdered sugar at home using simple ingredients like granulated sugar. By processing the sugar finely in a blender or food processor, you can achieve a light and fluffy texture perfect for baking and sweetening your favorite treats. Customize the sweetness level by adjusting the sugar type used, whether it's cane sugar, turbinado sugar, coconut sugar, brown sugar, or sucanat. Enjoy the convenience of homemade powdered sugar in your kitchen for all your culinary creations.

Ingredients
- Approximately half as much granulated sugar as you need powdered sugar (I've had best results with cane sugar, turbinado sugar and coconut sugar but even brown sugar and sucanat work!)
Instructions
- Pour granulated sugar into a blender or food processor. Blend the sugar until it is a fine, fluffy powdered sugar. The more refined, whiter sugars make the fluffiest powdered sugars.
- Use powdered sugar immediately or save it for later. You may want to sift the sugar before use for clump free, super fluffy sugar.
