Ingredients

  • 1 Cup mayo
  • 1 Cup grated swiss cheese
  • 1 Cup grated sweet onion
  • 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • A few drops of hot sauce
  • fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in small baking dish and mix well.
  • First bake at 325 degrees (US) on middle rack of oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Then Brown the top under the broiler for about 2 minutes.
  • Serve with a nice crusty bread.
