Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon cut into chunks
- 70g sugar
- juice of 2 limes
- mint to serve
Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar in the juice of the limes
- Blitz ingredients until smooth - taste and add more sugar if necessary
- pour into a plastic tub, seal and freeze for 1 hour. Stir and repeat, freezing 2-3 times
- serve with a sprig of mint
