Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 200ml water
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 400g can chopped tomatos
  • 2 tbsp gravy granules
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp basil
  • 6 large grilled sausages
  • Pasta
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 300g Pasta

Instructions

  • Grill 6 sausages until cooked through (whilst making sauce)
  • Pour 200ml of boiling water into a large pan, and add 1/2 chopped onion. Mix and add 2 tsp of Extra virgin olive oil. And 2 tbsp of Soya sauce.
  • Add full can of chopped tomatoes and Mix well.
  • Half fill a cup with boiling water and add 2 heaped tbsp of gravy granules and mix using a fork. Then pour into pan of sauce.
  • Add oregano, chives, pepper, basil and any other herbs to your taste. these are optional however give the sauce a mixed flavour.
  • Chop the grilled sausages to the size you want (we chopped ours quite small) and add to the sauce. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes whilst preparing the pasta.
  • Pour about a litre of boiling water into a pan and add pasta. Add salt and pepper and leave to boil at a moderate heat for 10 mins.
  • Serve straight away.
