Ingredients
- 50g chopped almonds
- 200g grated apple
- 300g raisins
- 300g sultanas
- 200g currants
- 100g mixed peel
- 1 grated carrot
- 100g suet
- 300g demerara
- 125ml brandy
- 1 orange juice & grated rind
- 1 lemon juice & grated rind
- 1tsp mixed spice
Instructions
- mix all the ingredients together, cover & leave for two days, stirring occasionally
- bottle & label, use within 3 months.
