Ingredients
- 1 CARTON PASATA SAUCE
- 1 TIN CHOPPED TOMATOES
- 1 SMALL ONION
- 1 CARROT
- 6 MUSHROOMS
- I RED PEPPER
- 4 SPRING ONIONS OR SOME FROZEN PEAS
- 2 SLICE BACON
- 5 GARLIC CLOVES
- 1 CHICKEN STOCK CUBE
- 1 GLASS WINE
- SESONING
- SMALL BUNCH PARSLEY
- TEA SPOON MIXED HERBS
- LITLLE CHOPPED CHILLI (OPTIONAL)
- TEA SPOON HONEY
- PARMASAN CHEESE
Instructions
- Chop onion carrot pepper mushrooms into small dice
- Fry off bacon in a little oil and add above vegetables & garlic, parsley add pasata stock and wine
- Check seasoning Simmer for about 45 mins
- Just before serving add spring onions and more parsley
- Garnish with parmesan cheese and spring onion / parsley
