Ingredients

  • 600ml Whipping Cream
  • 1 Large can condensed milk
  • 2-3 tbsp vodka or gin or whisky
  • 2 large pkts Maltesers crushed
  • 25g white chocolate
  • Bought fudge sauce to drizzle
  • Strawberries / raspberries to garnish
  • 6 pancakes

Instructions

  • Whip cream till sloppy
  • add in condensed milk and alcohol
  • Beat till stiff then add crushed sweets
  • Pour into moulds lined with cling film any extra into a tub
  • freeze
  • melt white chocolate and drizzle on to oiled tin foil and chill, then peel off
  • to serve warm a pancake and place unmoulded ice cream on top garnish with more crushed sweets and stick in chocolate shape , drizzle with fudge sauce and place fruit around it
