Ingredients
- 8 oz Packet Digestive Biscuits (crumbled)
- 1/4 1b Melted Butter
- 8 oz Philipelphia Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Icing Sugar
- 1 small pkt Dream Topping
- 1 small tin of fruit (drained) or fresh fruit of your choice
Instructions
- Combine biscuits and butter, press into pie dish put in fridge or set aside.
- mix together cheese and icing sugar
- whisk dream topping to cheese mixture
- Spoon mixture on to biscuit base.
- decorate with topping of your choice and put in fridge to set.
- the slices are not that big but you don't need alot.
