Healthy Tiramisu
Indulge in a delicious treat with these Tia Maria tiramisu cups. Layers of coffee-soaked sponge fingers, creamy custard, and a hint of liqueur, topped with a dusting of cocoa. Easy to make and perfect for a special dessert.

Ingredients
- 4tbsp tia maria
- 1tsp sugar
- 150ml cold water
- 2.5tsp coffee granules
- 250ml low fat custard
- 200g low fat cream cheese
- 1tbsp caster sugar
- 1 vanilla pod seeds
- 12 sponge fingers
- 15g cocoa
- 4 serving glasses
Instructions
- dissolve coffee in 2tbsp boiling water with the sugar
- place in a large shallow dish with the water and liquer and mix
- Beat together custard, cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth
- Dip 2 sponge fingers in the coffee mix until soaked.
- Break into 1 of the glasses, top with custard and sprinkle with cocoa, repeat another layer
- Do the same with the other 3 glasses and chill for at least an hour before serving
- Per serving: 257kcals, 3.9g fat. 0.5g saturates
