Ingredients
- 150g/5oz halloumi cheese
- ½ a lemon
- 20ml/1oz olive oil
- cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the halloumi into ½cm/¼in thick slices.
- Heat a dry frying pan over a medium heat, then add the cheese. Allow to toast for 2â3 minutes, or until the halloumi is golden-brown. Flip and repeat on the other side.
- Season with black pepper and drizzle with the lemon juice and olive oil, if using.
