Ingredients

  • 250g self raising flour
  • 125g margarine
  • 125g dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp black treacle
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tsp marmalade

Instructions

  • Preheat the over to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4
  • Mix together dry ingredients
  • Add rest of ingredients and mix again
  • Roll out and cut into shapes
  • Bake for 10 minutes
