Ingredients
- 250g self raising flour
- 125g margarine
- 125g dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp black treacle
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp marmalade
Instructions
- Preheat the over to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4
- Mix together dry ingredients
- Add rest of ingredients and mix again
- Roll out and cut into shapes
- Bake for 10 minutes
