Ingredients

- 1 lemon , grated zest and juice
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil , plus extra for drizzling
- 2 garlic cloves , crushed
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- houmous , kalamata, olives and lemon wedges, to serve
