In this recipe, a vibrant mix of fresh crab meat, zesty citrus, and a punch of heat from chilli and ginger create a flavorful sauce for perfectly cooked linguine. Tossed together with nutritious Good4U brocco shoots, this dish is a delicious blend of seafood and garden-fresh goodness.

Ingredients

  • 100g fresh crab meat
  • 1 chilli
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Half inch cube of peeled ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 250g linguine
  • Olive oil
  • Good4U brocco shoots
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Using a sharp knife, dice the chilli (seeds removed), garlic and ginger
  • Zest and juice the lemon and lime and add to mix
  • Season the mix with salt and pepper and add enough olive oil to just cover the mix (4-6 tbsp)
  • Add the chilli mix to a hot pan and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring but don’t colour
  • Add crab meat and mix
  • Drain the linguini and place in the pan
  • At the last minute, add the Good4U brocco shoots
  • When serving, sprinkle some fresh shoots over the dish
