Good4U's Crab Linguine
In this recipe, a vibrant mix of fresh crab meat, zesty citrus, and a punch of heat from chilli and ginger create a flavorful sauce for perfectly cooked linguine. Tossed together with nutritious Good4U brocco shoots, this dish is a delicious blend of seafood and garden-fresh goodness.

Ingredients
- 100g fresh crab meat
- 1 chilli
- 1 clove of garlic
- Half inch cube of peeled ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 250g linguine
- Olive oil
- Good4U brocco shoots
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, dice the chilli (seeds removed), garlic and ginger
- Zest and juice the lemon and lime and add to mix
- Season the mix with salt and pepper and add enough olive oil to just cover the mix (4-6 tbsp)
- Add the chilli mix to a hot pan and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring but donâÂÂt colour
- Add crab meat and mix
- Drain the linguini and place in the pan
- At the last minute, add the Good4U brocco shoots
- When serving, sprinkle some fresh shoots over the dish
